We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see * below).

* All shiping charges are subject to unconditional changes. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional shipping charge of $10.00 for Standard, $30.00 for Expedited or $50.00 for Express deliveries will be added to the shipping rates above.
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
FashionExpressUS Accessories Distribution Inc. reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Gift Packing
Larger and/or preboxed, prepackaged items will be placed in a silver gift bag and tied with silver tulle ribbon. Items in the manufacturer’s packaging will be wrapped with silver paper and our silver logo seal will be affixed to the outside of the wrap. Other items will be gift wrapped in a silver box with white tissue and silver tulle ribbon. Please note, oversized items cannot be gift-wrapped.
Tracking your packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by emailing: services@fashionexpressus.com or calling: 1-(877)-339-5477 (TOLL FREE) or (917) 463-0611.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns. |
